This notice covers (a) visitors to our website, and (b) individuals whose professional contact details appear in business-to-business (B2B) datasets we compile and supply to clients. Section (b) is provided under UK GDPR Article 14, and because contacting every individual directly would involve disproportionate effort, we rely on Article 14(5)(b) and publish this information here.
Categories: name, job title, business email address, LinkedIn profile URL, work location (city/region/country), and information about the company you work for (name, website, industry, size, trading address, and public registry facts such as Companies House number, SIC code, incorporation date and registered office). We do not process home addresses, personal email addresses, or special category data in these datasets, and we do not collect mobile numbers for list supply.
Licensed commercial B2B data providers (for example Defastra Tech Inc. trading as Prospeo), under contract; public statutory registers (for example Companies House in the UK); and public professional profiles and company websites.
We do not generate or infer contact details using AI. AI tooling is used only for company-level analysis (for example deriving a company's industry from its public website).
Purpose: compiling accurate, verified B2B marketing and market-analysis datasets for clients that provide services to businesses.
Lawful basis (UK GDPR): legitimate interests, Article 6(1)(f). We have carried out a Legitimate Interests Assessment; the data is low-sensitivity professional contact data, minimised to what a relevant B2B introduction requires, and you can object at any time. Under the Australian Privacy Act 1988, we handle personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles.
Clients who use the data for their own B2B marketing, as independent controllers responsible for their own compliance (including e-marketing rules and honouring opt-outs). We also use infrastructure processors listed in International transfers. We do not sell data to consumers or operate consumer-facing databases.
Email addresses are supplied only where verified at collection by the provider (live SMTP or bounce-risk checks). Company legal status is verified against the relevant statutory register (for the UK, Companies House). We suppress records reported as bounced or gone-away within 5 business days of client feedback, re-verify register status before each supply, refresh contact data at most every 6 months, and suppress records that cannot be re-verified or that have been inactive for 12 months.
B2B contact records are retained while they remain verified and in use, and are suppressed or deleted per the accuracy rules above. Audit records (what was supplied, to whom, and when) are retained for 6 years to demonstrate compliance.
You may object to processing for direct marketing at any time, and this right is absolute: on objection we suppress your record from all future supplies and relay the objection to the upstream provider's deletion workflow. You may also request access, rectification, erasure, or restriction. Contact privacy@managedgrowthpartners.com. You may complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) or the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
When you visit managedgrowthpartners.com we process a small amount of information so the site can run and so we can respond to you.
If you submit Book a Call, the Offshore Readiness Scorecard, or the Rec2Rec Offer Benchmark, we collect the name, email, agency and other fields on that form. Submissions are stored in Webflow's form inbox. Where the form continues into an assessment, those answers are passed as URL parameters to Fillout. If you book a time, Calendly also processes the booking.
The site links to a WhatsApp chat with our team. If you use it, Meta/WhatsApp processes that conversation under their terms.
We do not run Google Analytics or advertising pixels. The site uses cookies and similar storage that Webflow needs to operate (session, security, and form-submission state), plus a smooth-scroll library (Lenis) that does not collect personal information. Some pages embed third-party content (Calendly on Book a Call; Canva video on certain case studies). Those providers may set their own cookies when you interact with the embed.
You can exercise the same rights set out above for website data by emailing privacy@managedgrowthpartners.com.
