MGP is a Rec2Rec firm. We help recruiters find their next role and help recruitment agencies hire recruiters.
The website gives general information about our services. Nothing on it is an offer to provide services on particular terms. When an agency engages us, the fees, payment terms, guarantees and other terms are set out in a separate written agreement, and that agreement governs the engagement.
Our help for candidates is free. Recruiters never pay us to find them a role.
We cannot promise that any candidate will be placed, that any role will be filled, or that any particular result will be achieved.
We work to keep the website accurate and up to date, but its content is general information only. It is not legal, financial, employment or other professional advice, and you should not rely on it as such.
Case studies, testimonials, fee examples and market information describe past work or general conditions. They show what has been achieved for particular clients and candidates, not what you will achieve.
When you send us information through the website, for example in a form, by booking a call, or by sending us your CV, you confirm that it is accurate, that it is yours to share, and that sharing it does not breach anyone else's rights or any confidentiality obligation you owe.
Please do not send us your current employer's confidential information, such as client lists or candidate databases.
We handle personal information under our Privacy Policy.
You may use the website for lawful purposes connected with finding a role, hiring recruiters, or learning about our services.
You must not: use the website in a way that breaks the law or infringes anyone's rights; copy, scrape or harvest content or data from it by automated means; try to gain unauthorised access to it or the systems behind it; introduce viruses or other harmful code; interfere with its operation or security; or impersonate anyone or misrepresent your connection with any person or business.
We may suspend or restrict access to the website at any time, for example for maintenance or security.
The website and its content, including text, design, graphics, logos, photographs, videos and the Managed Growth Partners name and branding, are owned by us or used with permission. You may view the website and print or download extracts for your own personal or internal business use.

The website links to, and embeds content from, other websites and services, for example LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Calendly, Fillout, Canva and our sister brand HireFlex Group. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales and the courts that can hear appeals from them.
If you live outside Australia, you keep any protection given to you by the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest of the terms continue to apply. If we do not enforce a right under these terms straight away, we have not given it up.
